1. How long do the goods take to arrive at the destination?

Depending upon the delivery method you choose, goods will reach your destination in the following number of days:

Major EU sea ports 18 to 26
Major EU airports 03 to 07
Major US sea ports 24 to 32
Major US airports 04 to 08

2. How do you match embroidery thread colors with my logo artwork?

We use Madeira thread for embroidery. If you know Madeira thread color reference of the colors used in your logo artwork, please provide and we will use those colors to match threads for your logo. You can also give us PMS (Pantone Matching System) code(s) or HTML Color Name(s) and we will use appropriate threads.

3. How are the goods packed?

Each piece is packed in a standard taped poly bag and then 24 pieces are put into an export carton. Standard shipping marks are applied on all cartons.

4. Can I order colors other than those offered at imageplus?

On our website you can only select from the colors available online. But, if you want to order your own choice of color(s), email us at orders@myimageplus.com with PMS code(s) or HTML Color Name(s) of the color(s) you want to order. Please note that the minimum order quantity per new color is 500 units.

5. Is it secure to use my credit card on your website?

Absolutely! Your payments through credit card are handled by 2checkout.com, an internationally recognized, secure credit card processing company.

8. How soon can we ship the goods?

Your order is shipped as per the following lead times.

Type of Service Ships Within (Lead Time)
In Stock 05 Days
Special Order 45 Days
Sample Pack 15 Days

* Note: If your order has a mix of above services, it will be shipped according to the service which has the longest lead time. For example, if your order has both a Sample Pack and some units of any “In Stock” style, it will be shipped within 15 days which is the lead time of Sample Pack. You can, however, opt to split your order delivery by sending us an email at orders@myimageplus.com.

9. Can I exchange or return the goods back to you? Will I be refunded?

All products in the store can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days of purchase with the exception of items which have been personalized with your logo or with any other embellishments which you ordered. Refunds will be given and returns accepted excluding freight or taxes we have incurred thereon.
